The Arthritis Foundation requested a bill be introduced to officially honor/acknowledge Arthritis Awareness Month in California to help increase awareness and understanding of the scope of disease for the 5 million people (of whom 38,000 are children) living with arthritis in California.

We're pleased to announce that the bill has been approved, as you can see in this announcement from Senator Patricia Bates! What a great accomplishment to help wrap up National Arthritis Awareness Month!
