Meet Alissa. She is 4 years old and was diagnosed with polyarticular juvenile arthritis at the age of 2.

When asked what her greatest hope is, she said "to dance and play without EVER having shots again."

This shouldn't be too much to ask...we fight for her, and the entire arthritis community. #Yes4Hope
